About

My career background includes 20 years of administrative management, staffing and various extensions of HR. I started my career with aspirations to be a Recreational Therapy Director and earned that certification from Ridgewater College.  After realizing being a Director meant less time with patients and more time with paperwork, I decided to pursue additional higher education coursework relevant to my modified professional goals.  I am the Director of Patient Services and Staffing at PTC.  In my current role, I provide senior oversight of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality interactions and patient satisfaction. I also manage clinic schedules for both staff and patients, and handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities.  My favorite thing about my work at PTC is helping patients and staff in whatever capacity I am able to.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family doing home improvement projects or just hanging out!
