Athletic Trainer Princeton
FULL TIME with a SIGN ON BONUS! Achieve your career goals with us! Join our dynamic team of Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Massage Therapists. Responsibilities include athletics outreach coverage for an area high school. Duties include the development and implementation of programs for the prevention of athletic injuries, administering first aid and emergency medical care, and supervising injury rehabilitation plans. You may be included in our Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics to provide one-on-one care to patients to achieve the best therapy outcomes. If interested you will be involved in our Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs to help injured workers safely return to work.
Physical Therapy Consultants is composed of seven outpatient Physical Therapy clinics that offer a fun and professional environment in which to grow. You will benefit from the team support of all our staff in all of our locations.
We are seeking a confident and outgoing Athletic Trainer to join our team at Princeton High School Princeton, Minnesota.
Responsibilities

Develop plans for providing athletic training coverage at all interscholastic athletic events identified in Athletic Training Program Coverage Policy.

Coverage of high school athletics games/matches and practice.
-
Establish a working relationship with a designated team physician and community physicians.

Establish a working relationship with school nursing staff.
-
Initiate Athlete injury assessments as soon as an Athlete is injured.
-
Maintain adequate medical records on all injuries and rehabilitation procedures.

Assist in marketing in collaboration with the marketing team

Current BLS/First Aid certification.

Physical Therapy Consultants partners with academic institutions locally and out of state to provide quality student clinical internship experiences.
Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant’s education curriculum includes clinical educational experiences to allow students the opportunity to learn in a hands on clinical setting under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Physical Therapy Consultants believes in providing the opportunity for student learning within our clinics to ensure that we are able to guide the learning for the future of Physical Therapy.
Being a partner to several different academic institutions also helps our therapists in staying up to date with the latest knowledge within the field of Physical Therapy. We proudly provide at least ten educational opportunities to Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant students each year across our clinic locations.
