Dustin Eslinger, M.A., ATC

Dustin received his B.S. degree in Athletic Training from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND and his M.A. degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. During his two years in Kalamazoo he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Kalamazoo College. Dustin provides the secondary school outreach athletic training services for St. Francis High School. He enjoys helping the physically active accomplish their athletic goals by working to prevent injuries and by evaluating and rehabilitating individuals to a safe return to activity when injuries occur. He enjoys playing and watching a wide variety of sports and spending time with his beautiful wife, Amber, and two sons, Landon and Rylan.

Renee Hancock, PT, DPT

Renee received her B.S. in kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in 2003 and continued on at the University of Minnesota in the Program of Physical Therapy. Renee graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in June 2007. Her experience prior to joining Andover Physical Therapy in March 2009 had been in long term care and transitional care. Renee is excited to join the team in Andover in providing excellent rehabilitation for various orthopedic impairments. When she is not working, her hobbies include spending time outdoors, playing volleyball, reading, playing the piano, watching movies, or just relaxing at home with her husband, two cats, and her 2 children.

Chad received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2007. He enjoys the Physical Therapy profession as he gets to see his patients feel better day by day, while getting to know them and learning from their life experiences. In his free time he enjoys rock climbing at Taylor's Falls and the beautiful north shore. When not dangling from cliffs, he likes to play tennis, hockey, and lift weights. He is the self proclaimed "king of cribbage" and has a hobby of collecting cribbage boards.

Gary has been a PTA since 1997, after graduating from the College of St. Catherines. He has experience in Acute, Outpatient, and Long Term Care as well as Home Health Physical Therapy. He has a special interest in Orthopedics. Gary coaches downhill ski racing at Trollhaugen ski area, and has been a ski instructor/race coach for over 30 years. He was the head JV boys lacrosse coach at Champlin Park High School for 4 years and has coached for Blaine Youth Hockey. Gary's interests include bicycling, hunting, camping, and fishing. Gary has been married to his Wife Karen for over 25 years and has a son, Mike.

Kerra Pietsch, PTA

Kerra graduated from Anoka-Ramsey Community College in 2008 and received her license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has worked in out-patient care, focusing on aquatic therapy. She is hoping to specialize in aquatic rehabilitation in a few years. Kerra became interested in physical therapy when she was 15 years old and received PT after her 4 knee surgeries in the past 9 years. She has earned her Fitness Nutrition Coaching Certificate through NESTA, and is now available to help you on your journey of becoming your very best. Just recently she married in June 2009. Kerra enjoys spending time with her husband working on their house. She also does a lot of walking, biking and playing with her 2 dogs, Mason (black lab) and Stella (boxer).

Vivian is a PTA at Andover Physical Therapy. She graduated from Anoka-Hennepin Technical College in 2000. She has been in the Physical Therapy field for 15+ years. Vivian has been interested in Physical Therapy since she was a child having a sister with mild Cerebral Palsy. She enjoys the creativity that the profession brings and feels gratification in what she does. Vivian lives in Princeton with her boyfriend Dan and two English bulldogs, Rigby and Zoe. Vivian is originally from Denver, Colorado, but has family from Belgium and has family living there and is able to visit overseas frequently. She speaks fluent French. When she isn't at work, Vivian enjoys all outdoor activities, spending time with family and traveling.

Cindy graduated from the College of St. Catherine's in 1995 and has enjoyed working primarily in an outpatient setting ever since. Outside of work Cindy loves spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys every activity that has to do with the outdoors, a few of them being gardening, camping, biking, boating, and snowmobiling. In Cindy's spare time she loves to work on her scrapbooking.
