Mark Netzinger, PT

Physical Therapist


Mark has been involved in physical therapy since 1971.  He was a physical therapy technician for the US Air Force during Vietnam and attended several colleges and universities including Southern Baptist, Park College, and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1979.  Mark's greatest challenge and enjoyment in life is to help people reach goals that they didn't think chould be achieved.  He really enjoys his bird, kids, and being happily married.  Mark's other interests include putzing around the house, gardening, landscaping, remodeling, and exotic travel to beautiful countries.

Cari comes to us with an extensive business office background as well as a background in the medical field.  She really enjoys her job and its many challanges.  When she's not at work Cari enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and two kids Zah and Mariah, traveling, four-wheeling, and going up north to the cabin.  She also enjoys reading, gardening, and once in a while having some time alone.

Blake Butler, PT

Blake received his M.A. degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in February of 1998 and has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedics for 9+ years.  He enjoys working with clients of all ages in helping them achieve their functional goals.  He especially likes helping the athletes from St. Francis High School to a safe and quick return to their sport following injury.  When he is not at work or spending time with his wife and three children, Blake enjoys running, golf, softball, and basketball.

Monica is a graduate from Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2005. She has had previous patient experience working in a nursing home setting before she came to us at Ham Lake. Before she became a PTA, she had many years of medical office experience working for her father, who is a physician in Hibbing, MN, and also another family practice clinic in St. Paul.
Monica also has her BFA in art and design from UW-Stout. Her artistic interests are sculpture, jewelry, and landscaping/gardening.  She lives in a little house in Como Park with her wonderful husband, Marty, her son, Kaden, her dogs, Brandy and Frankie and her fish, Elvis… All boys!
Besides being with her family, Monica loves to camp and kayak, rollerblade, go out for dinner, (go to the gym and try and burn it off!), read, and watch movies.  Her favorite places to vacation are the Bayfield/Apostle Islands, the North Shore, and Mexico. She even speaks a little bit of Spanish! Hola!

Dustin received his B.S. degree in Athletic Training from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND and his M.A. degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI.  During his two years in Kalamazoo he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Kalamazoo College.  Dustin provides the secondary school outreach athletic training services for St. Francis High School.  He enjoys helping the physically acitve accomplish their athletic goals by working to prevent injuries and by evaluating and rehabilitating individuals to a safe return to activity when injuries occur.  He enjoys playing and watching a wide variety of sports and spending time with his beautiful wife, Amber, and young son, Landon.

Chad received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica in 2007.  In his free time he enjoys rock climbing at Taylor's Falls and the beautiful north shore, especially Shovel Point.  When not dangling from cliffs, he likes to play tennis, hockey, and lift weights.  He is the self proclaimed "king of cribbage" and has found a new hobby of collecting cribbage boards.

Gary has been in the physical therapy field for 10 years, with experience in home health, acute care, long-term care, and out-patient physical therapy.  He has a special interest in orthopedics.  Gary was a certified ski instructor for 30 years and has coached down hill ski racing and hockey in the past.  Currently, he coaches boy's lacrosse at Champlin Park High School.  Gary and his wife of 25 years live in Coon Rapids with their son, who is graduating from high school this year.

Sharon works with our company's Hom Health patients.  She is married and has 3 kids, ages 20, 18, and 16.  IN the past years she has been kept busy with her family, along with assisting their construction business, North Valley (they build roads, love road construction, and the season).  Sharon volunteers in many areas.  Currently she colunteers for Hospice and Traveling with Physically Challenged Individuals, which takes up a lot of her time.  In her spare time she enoys gardening, taking walks, and reading.  She also hates to cook!  Sharon looks forward to meeting many new faces.

Colleen is originally from Redmond, Washington.  However, she lived in Germany for 8 years as a child.  She started her college career at the University of South Florida and then got married and moved to Virginia.  She attended Northern Virginia Community College where she earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2005.  Colleen enjoys spending time with her dogs, Guiness and Thomas, her husband Rocky, and time at the gym.  She also enjoys running.  During the fall, she is a loyal Seattle Seahawk fan and dedicates her time to fantasy football.

Jolene received her B.S. defree in Exercise and Sport Science from Colorado State University in 1996 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2000.  She moved to Minnesota from Bellevue, Nebraska in 2003 after meeting her husband, Jeff.  She is actively involved in the sport of volleyball as a player, coach, and collegiate official.  Jolene enjoys many sports (indoors and out), yard work, reading, and playing with her dog, Tasha.  While Jolene attends to her human clients, she is pursuing her certification as a Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner at PineRidge Pet Center.

Brittney enjoys working for us in our Ham Lake location.  She enoys the communications with the wide variety of patients.  Seeing them progress quickly and feel better when they leave adds such satisfaction to her job.  She is currently attending Anoka Technical College to obtain her Medical Assisting degree.  After obtaining her M.A. she has hopes of working in a clinic and possibly going back to school to work in radiology.  In her spare time she finds family number one.  She spends much time up north in the summer helping with the family farm, being outdoors four wheeling, snowmobiliing, and camping.  She enjoys working out, reading, and is an avid animal lover.
